With state-of-the-art machining centers, we supply customers with highly efficient complete machining solutions and manufacture the components of our in-house developed product ranges to the highest quality standards.
Complete measurement technology
What we manufacture, we test. For this purpose, we have our own measuring hall with comprehensive high-tech measuring equipment. When it comes to quality and precision, we leave nothing to chance.
Software department
We can not only metal, machines and plants, but also bits and bytes. Our software developers write programs, program databases, create interfaces and know how to use hardware.
Full assembly
Some of our automation lines are over 100 m long. After we have designed them and produced or selected the individual elements, we assemble everything meticulously - until the line runs perfectly.
Training up to date
We are still fine-tuning to convey a sense of precision down to the μ-range. But of course we also rely on state-of-the-art technology and didactics with CNC technology and augmented reality.
