Inter-company training in the first year of training (support program “3.1 Promotion of inter-company training for trainees in industry and commerce”) is carried out with financial support from the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and the European Social Fund. The aim of this project is to train qualified employees in the construction industry who are equipped for the working world of the future. This has enabled more trainees to be introduced to construction professions in the past and will continue to do so in the future, as well as providing them with high-quality training.
