At the heart of your system are the 5-axis-capable vertical high-performance machining centers with the corresponding peripherals. In addition to conventional feeding technology, we also use our own image processing solutions, which enable fully automated material feeding without operating personnel.

Multiple clamping devices? Zero-point clamping systems? Standard grippers? Using existing devices? We implement the solution that makes your manufacturing process fast, safe, and efficient. Here, too, clamping device and gripper concepts are coordinated using simulation and optimized in a process-oriented manner!

In the automotive sector, quality documentation and traceability are essential for chassis components or µ-precise machining of engine and transmission components. We integrate the appropriate measurement and testing technology into the overall process.

With our own IT department and programmers, we control the entire process using Fanuc controllers. We create interfaces and transfer them into an intelligently coordinated, stable, user-friendly overall system based on a higher-level multilingual cell control system.
