The SpeedFrame® impresses with its high load capacities and accelerates automated joining processes by decoupling component changes and welding operations. As a welding rotary table with a two-station system, it separates loading and unloading from machining with high repeat accuracy and minimal downtime.

The SpeedFrame® welding rotary table is a central component of the integrated SpeedLine® system solution and is not available as a stand-alone product. Its design, control system, and operating logic are fully optimized for combined operation with other modules within LEWA Attendorn's automated welding cells.

The SpeedFrame® is a cycle-optimized welding positioner for automated series processes. It enables precise transfers, fast cycle times, and stable component fixation in two-station operation.

Features of our SpeedFrame® welding rotary table

The SpeedFrame® is designed for maximum cycle performance and precise component transfer in automated welding cells. The rotatable clamping device reliably separates loading and unloading from the welding process and allows continuous operation without intermediate downtime.

Thanks to its compact design, high load capacity, and robot-guided control, the SpeedFrame® is the perfect basis for demanding series production. It is controlled directly via the robot controller, eliminating the need for additional control hardware.

Quick part replacement

The 180-degree rotation takes less than two seconds with a component weight of 500 kilograms per station. This reduces non-productive time and increases cycle performance in the automated process.

High load capacity

SpeedFrame® is available in three sizes with five load capacity variants. Depending on the configuration, the platform can move the following component weights:

  • 2 × 500 kilograms
  • 2 × 750 kilograms
  • 2 × 1,000 kilograms
  • 2 × 1,250 kilograms
  • 4 × 750 kilograms

Multi-station technology

The sizes can be combined with two or four stations. This allows both double-sided operating concepts and line solutions with parallel component guidance to be implemented technically.

Robot-based control

The SpeedFrame® is controlled via the existing robot control system. No additional control devices or external control cabinets are required.

Space-optimized integration

The compact drive system is consistently optimized for minimal installation space. All service points remain accessible, enabling short maintenance times during operation.
